How much bandwidth do I get?
You get 50 Gigabytes (GB) per month of outgoing bandwidth included in the monthly fee. There is a $0.20 / GB overage charge for anything over that. This is enough for the majority of magazine sites.
Additional blocks of 50 GB can be purchased for $7.50 per month ($0.15 per GB). Please see the Additional Considerations page for details.
How do you make sure that my URLs don't change and my SEO is maintained when I move to Agility?
As part of our import process, we maintain the URL structure as closely as possible. If we cannot match a URL, we create a 301 permanent redirect which maintains the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) benefits of the URL.
Can I integrate video with my site? Is there an added cost for that?
Agility integrates with leading commercial and free video platforms. We are a Brightcove certified partner for heavy duty video serving and also integrate with Ooyala, YouTube and Vimeo. License fees for Brightcove, Ooyala and other commercial video platforms are not included in your Agility fee. YouTube and Vimeo are free and can be integrated using the embed codes that they provide.
How do I integrate my advertising server? Are there additional costs for this?
The Agility Magazine Publishing Suite integrates with all ad servers that support JavaScript ad codes. The one that we typically recommend is DoubleClick for Publishers which is free for sites with under 1,000,000 page views.
What is the difference between a Content Editor user and a Moderator user?
An Agility Content Editor has access to all of the features and functions of Agility including article creation, page management, user generated content review, approval and publishing workflow, etc. A Moderator user only has access to the moderation functions of the User Generated Content and Website Users areas.
What browsers are supported by the Agility Content Management System interface?
Agility officially supports Internet Explorer version 8 and above and the latest version of Firefox. Unofficially, Chrome and Safari are supported. The Agility CMS interface also works on the iPad. See the next question regarding browsers that are supported for your magazine website.

How does content get moved over from my existing site to the Agility Magazine Publishing Suite?
During week three of our five week process, we will automatically import as much content as we can from your existing site. Any remaining content can be added to your site using the content management system.
How do I move off of Agility if I wish to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Agility account any time after the first year. All of your content can be exported from the content management system at any time and imported into a new CMS. To speed up the process, you can also engage us for an export and transfer service fee of $500.
If I sign up for Agility, do I still own my content?
Even though your content is hosted with us, you still own it and can export it at any time.
What is the typical size of company that uses the Agility Magazine Suite?
Our typical customers are small publishers with under 50 staff. However, there are several larger and smaller publishers that use Agility.
Can I have multiple RSS feeds for different streams of content?
Your articles can be split up into categories. Each category can have it's own RSS feed. You also have an RSS feed for all of the content on the site.
