Scope:

The quote does not include content development. Additional design concepts or revisions can be purchased separately.

The $2,000 setup fee for the Professional edition includes an automated import of up to 500 articles, assuming they can be provided as a SQL Server database or CSV file.  Additional importing requirements will be quoted separately.

Languages:

All Agility deliverables will be designed and produced in English only. All content management and administration tool interfaces and labels will be in English. Any translation services will be provided by a third party company

Agility Logo:

The powered by Agility logo will be present on the footer of the site and will link to www.agilitycms.com. This logo can be removed for an additional $25 per month.

Dates:

Receipt of assets past their due date may impact Agility’s ability to deliver on time.  Delivery & Launch Dates will be confirmed after a signed copy of the quote and all Delivery Requirements are received.

Payment Terms:

Total amount is invoiced upon signing with net 30 terms.

Fee Changes:

The monthly fee is subject to increase by a maximum of 5% every 12 months.

Development Rate:

Custom development, testing, project management and all related service time is quoted as a fixed price based on a rate of $125 per hour.
